Not by chance!

Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.

Joyce Kilmer

Imagine a Magnetic Letter Board.

The letters are pulled to the base of the board by the magnetic force and held in place so that they don't slip off.

Any of the letters can be lined up next to any other letter.

The only "force" is downward.

There is no force that attracts one letter to another.
NO attraction or bonding between the individual letters themselves.

In the DNA molecule the attractive force is between the base and the backbone of the molecule, (the sugar phosphates).

A is attracted only by  T and C only by G and only in the direction shown.

There is no attraction from side to side!

So, why should the three letters "C-A-T" line up in a certain specific sequence, instead of lining up as T-A-C or A-T-C?

Life cannot have come
about by chance alone.
